Refund Policy
In the event a customer is due a refund, the Enterprise Municipal Court will issue a refund in the appropriate amount to the credit card used for the initial transaction. Please contact the Court for more information.
Convenience fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except in the case of an application or processing error. In those instances when it is determined a refund is due, the transaction in question and the associated convenience fee will be voided.
